We're not looking for perfection — just venues that take preparedness seriously and have the operational capacity to give it an honest run.
- Publicly accessible with at least one regular event or busy trading pattern.
- A nominated competent person able to act as duty controller during the trial.
- Reasonable Wi-Fi coverage across the public and back-of-house areas.
- A team willing to try a phone-based workflow on shift.
- Located in North-East Lincolnshire or able to host us for setup days.
- Open to honest feedback — including telling us what's broken.
